Rajesh (RK) co founded More than HR Global in 2002, which has since then grown into a community of over 16000 members worldwide. He also co founded the MTHR Global CxO community in 2012, which is growing rapidly across India.

His most recent venture is Corporate Chanakya, which he co-founded to apply principles from Kaultiya’s Arthshastra (a timeless Management bible authored in 4 BC) to modern organizations.

He is also on SHRM’s Advisory Council and People Matters jury for “Are You In The List”, an initiative to spot India’s best young HR Talent. He has enjoyed working in Consulting, Large Business Houses and Not for Profit organizations alike for around 20 years before venturing out on his own.

Vipul Agarwal

Vipul Agarwal is a Techie turned Head-hunter with over 20 years of experience. He owns and runs Zend Consulting Services a Talent Acquisition and HR Consulting Firm. He is passionate about Community building and is a Co-founder of MTHR Global one of the largest Not-for-profit HR communities in India. He is a voracious reader and lover of Music.

Rajesh Gupta

Rajesh Gupta is currently with Future General India Life Insurance Co. Ltd as GM – Human Capital. RG is an MBA in HR alongwith certification in Software Engg and CIISA certified etc. He has over 18 years of experience spanning across HR, Personnel & Administration domains in Pharma, Service, ITES & Insurance industry. He has hands of experience in various areas of Compensation & Benefits, Labour Law Compliances, Employee Engagement, People Development, Performance Appraisals etc. also been functional consultant for HRMS and PCMM implementation team. RG loves all kinds of sports – especially cricket, Table Tennis.

Keyur Jani

Keyur Jani (KJ) – KJ is an MBA in HR, currently working with Deloitte (India) as Deputy Manager in the HR Function.

He is the youngest one amongst the core members/ co-facilitators of MTHR Global and MTHR Global CxO forum. KJ is one of the examples of how MTHR Global encourages and mentors young HR professionals to grow to become leaders in their career. He has visited B schools like Welingkar’s, NL Dalmia, Mumbai University’s ADMI, and others as visiting guest faculty. KJ is passionate about networking and is a voracious quotes reader.
