Mr. Prince Augustin is the Executive Vice President – (Group Human Capital & Leadership Development), of the USD 16.5 Billion Mahindra Group. A Post Graduate MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, Prince has a graduate degree in Law specializing in Labour Law from the Government Law College, Mumbai.

Prince has over 28 years of Industry experience in various facets of the Human Resources function with leading Indian and Multinational corporations such as ACC, Burroughs Wellcome, Castrol, Star TV & Morepen, of which the last 15 years have been in the Senior Leadership Team of the organizations he has served for.

Prince’s work in building the Human Capital in growing organizations, enabling organizational change through deployment of HR Processes, empowerment and institutionalization of the Human Resources function and managing large, global, diverse Human Resources has been well acknowledged in India and abroad. A regular invitee in national and global forums, Prince is on the Board of National HRD Network and Member, Governing Council of Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Roundtable in India and Member of Society of Indian Automotive Manufacturers (SIAM) Human Capital Group. In the past he has also served as the Chairman of HR & IR Committee of CII, Chairman of Human Capital Group of SIAM and the National Secretary for the NHRDN. He is the winner of the Late Ranjan Ghosh memorial award at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, in addition to being awarded as the “Alumnus of the year” in 2011, at SIBM. He is also serving on the Boards of Mahindra Group companies viz. Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd, Mahindra Namaste Pvt. Ltd and as the Chairman of Mahindra Contech Ltd.

A certified behavioural analyst from the Institute of Motivational Learning in Singapore, Prince is also acknowledged as an authority on HR Issues. An amateur golf player, Prince enjoys travelling, is married and blessed with 2 children and lives in Mumbai, India.

As Vice President – HR, Namrata drives organizational strategies that propel the diverse growth plans of each of the businesses in the Auto and Farm Sector of M&M. She joined M&M in 2010 and leads the specialist functions (‘Centres of Expertise’ or COEs) of Talent Management, Capability Building and Organizational Development that support 11000+ employees. Namrata has vast experience in all HR domains, from formulating HR strategy to managing functions such as recruitment, performance and capability. A key priority for Namrata is to ‘stay ahead of the curve’ and has spearheaded projects such as employer branding through social media, alignment of organization structures, set up of shared services, accelerated functional leadership, defining the Employee Value proposition (EVP) and more recently, HR analytics. In October, 2010 she was awarded the ‘Best upcoming Women Leader of India’ by WILL forum.

Namrata is an Engineer turned Human Resources Professional. She is an M. Tech gold medallist (electronics) from NIT Kurukshetra but found her true calling in developing and coaching people for success. She started her career with teaching at IIT Roorkee and NIT Kurukshetra for 12 years till 2000. During her career, Namrata led Learning and Development for Philips semiconductor business – Asia region. She has also led the global technical talent management at Philips. Prior to joining Philips in 2005, Namrata headed the Reliability function at ITC and later, the learning center at ITC Infotech.

Namrata is a certified behaviour analyst in MBTI, FIRO B and McQuaig. She is also trained in Global Management Development by Michigan University. She has published in IEEE, Microelectronics and Reliability, Human capital and NHRD. She loves to swim, jog and play Tennis when she gets time. ‘Managing a bunch of mavericks!’, she says is both, her biggest challenge and biggest inspiration.
