Meet Arun Dhaka

Arun Dhaka is the Country Sales Director, India & South Asia of Cornerstone OnDemand. He has overall 15 years of general management experience managing Fortune 1000 companies across USA, India and Asia Pacific and has a strong track record in building successful businesses in the regions.

In his current role, Arun is responsible for driving business strategy for Cornerstone OnDemand in India & SouthAsia. Apart from Sales, Arun focuses on forging strong partnership eco system with the industry players, working with companies of all sizes to evolve their talent capability to achieve true business results & put talent at the center of the business strategy and define broader go-to market strategies for Cornerstone OnDemand.

In his previous role, he was the Enterprise Sales Director -India & SAARC for RSA, the security division of EMC. Under his leadership, RSA’s business in India made significant strides in all facets of Sales excellence and P&L management. For his business, he was also responsible for driving cross functional collaboration across MARCOM, Professional Services & Channels teams across Asia and Company Headquarters in USA; creating compelling vision for the India business as the Leading Information Security player in the region.

In the past, Arun has worked with Tata Consultancy Services and Mahindra Satyam. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA in Finance & Systems from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.

Meet Suryanarayan Iyer

Suryanarayan Iyer is a professional with strong mix of Business and Technology experience of 20 years spanning various roles viz., Management Consultancy, IT Advisory, ERP Implementations, Product Management and Solutions Consulting. He presently runs the Solution Consulting function for Cornerstone onDemand in his capacity as Chief Solution Evangelist – Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he was with Oracle and PeopleSoft and led their Solutions Consulting function for HCM and ERP applications.

He brings to table his rich experience in the areas of HCM Domain and HCM Solutions across various Industry pillars. Surya works very closely with various organizations in their HR transformation initiatives, in particular the e-enablement of the HR function. He has specific experience of implementing PeopleSoft HCM Solutions in the Financial Services, Professional Services, Manufacturing and Government.

Surya has been associated with various HR Forums and contributes to thought leadership in the HCM Domain. Surya is also pursuing the Executive Fellow Programme in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and is a visiting faculty in various management schools.
