An interesting journey so far. Have been on the “Buy” & “Sell” side of the learning business. Failed a lot as, succeeded a bit and travelled extensively in off shore destinations in Southeast Asia.

Share something that you feel is awkward and interesting about you
I am a reasonably good cook and passionately follow food shows and blogs.

Name the book you read recently and why do you think our readers should check it out.
“The personal MBA” from Josh Kaufman. Byte sized meaningful business insights. It’s an executive education program packed within a 100 pages.

Name your favorite gadget that you can’t live without.

What do you love & hate about HR.
Love the fact the HR offers you the canvas to do so much and have massive impact on people within organisations. Hate the fact that we act as if we are not empowered.

Finally, Why our readers should read what you write here.
I dare to experiment and am totally comfortable failing. Either we produce spectacular results or look stupid. Have done both in the past.
