Meet Atul Mathur

Atul Mathur is an engineer by qualification and has completed PG in Marketing Management from The Times School Of Marketing and later PGCHRM from XLRI. He heads the Management Development Function at Idea Cellular Ltd., which is part of The Aditya Birla Group.

He joined Idea in 2005 to set up the Management Development Function. Subsequently in 2007 he also established the Sales Training Vertical at Idea. He has particular interest in Competency Based HR Systems and is certified in “Designing & Implementing Assessment And Development Centres”, MBTI, FIRO – B. He has also been a trainer for SPIN Selling & Adventures In Attitude in his previous organizations.

Mr. Mathur has worked in diverse industries like Media, Insurance, BPO. Some of the organizations that he has worked for are Bennet Coleman & Company Limited, NIS Sparta, Max New York Life and IBM Daksh.

Meet Anil Fotedar

Anil Fotedar is currently working with Idea Cellular Ltd part of Aditya Birla Group as Senior Vice President – Human Resources. Idea is the 3rd largest telecom company in revenue market share with a subscriber base of 126 millions. Idea Cellular has approx 10,000 employees on its rolls.

Anil has been with this company for last 12 years and has handled various assignments within HR. In his current profile he is responsible for Talent Acquisition at senior levels, Performance Management and Compensation, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, OD Initiatives, HR Automation, Corporate HR Operations, HR for extended sales organization.

Anil is Post Graduate in Management and a certified professional in Recruitment, Thomas Personal Profile, Competency Mapping, Designing and Implementing Assessment and Development Centers. He has more than 24 years of work experience in the area of human resources. In his previous assignment he was associated with TATA Group.
