Dr Vishal Shah is currently Vice President at Wipro and is responsible for the leadership development  portfolio.

Vishal has a mix of academic and corporate backgrounds. A passion for people and people development is the common thread that runs through his career. Prior to Wipro, he has worked in multiple industries like IT, BPO and Retail. He has also had the opportunity to   work in different roles in Sales, HR and Consulting.

Vishal is an alumnus of IIMB’s PGDM and FPM programs. He has published papers in international journals and presented in international conferences.

General Manager and Practice Head – Talent Assessments and Organization Capability Building at Wipro Limited

Meenal Gupta heads the Talent Assessments Practice and Organization Capability Building team for Wipro Ltd. The Talent Assessment practice is responsible for leadership assessments and development for key customer facing roles in the company. The organization capability building team implements organizational effectiveness interventions that help align HR with long-term business strategies.

Meenal joined Wipro as the M&A – HR Lead in the Chief Strategy Officer’s team. In this role she led the due diligence and acquisition integration efforts for 11 acquisitions. During this time, she was also heading the Organization Capability Practice in the Corporate HR team and was responsible for implementing organization wide initiatives such as job evaluation, and employee perception survey. In her most recent role, Meenal was the HR Head for Wipro’s Global Analytics and Information Management Service Line.

Prior to Wipro, Meenal worked for Grow Talent (a Right Management Company) and Vyaktitva. As a consultant and project leader, Meenal delivered consulting assignments in change management, design of HR systems, Instructional Design and role and competency definitions for clients in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, IT, FMCG and Non Profit sectors.

Meenal has been a HR practitioner for 16 years. She lives in Bangalore, India.
